Kusnierek began her journalism career at WISN Milwaukee as an Associate Producer and Assignment Editor. she then joined WQOW as a Sports and News Reporter and Anchor and later CBS 58/WDJT-Milwaukee, and FSN Pittsburg as a Sports Reporter and Anchor.
Trenni has also worked at NFL Network, Big Ten Network, FSN Wisconsin, MLB Network, and ESPN 540 as a sports anchor and reporter. At ESPN, she hosted The Broad Side podcast alongside Jen Lada where they discussed everything from sports, current events, music, and pop culture.
