Tara Hastings is an American Meteorologist currently working for WISH News as a weather reporter and anchor. She also worked for WDTN News before becoming a weather forecaster for WISH News.
It is known that she joined the station’s Storm Track 8 in December of 2018. Before coming to the station, Tara worked as a weather forecaster at WDTN in Dayton, Ohio. Likewise, she is a member of the American Meteorological Society. Furthermore, she holds the AMS seal of approval as a result of her career.
Most noteworthy, Hastings was part of the Valparaiso University Storm Intercept Team. During this time, she was among the participants that were chasing severe storms during the summer season for 10 days. In addition, she serves as a Panhellenic Area Advisor.
