The Moroccan international defender of PSG, Achraf Hakimiwas formally charged by the French courts for the alleged rape of a 24-year-old girl, in a proceeding before the Court of Nanterre. With this, Hakimi was charged on the afternoon of last Thursday, as detailed to EFE by the Nanterre Prosecutor’s Office.
The Prosecutor’s Office opened an investigation against him after the alleged victim appeared, this past weekend, at the Nogent-sur-Marne police station and recounted the facts, although he did not file a complaint.
Within the framework of this investigation, the Telecinco program ‘Fiesta’ contacted the footballer’s entourage, who assured that the Moroccan international he believes that “he has been set up”. In addition, he also explained that Achraf Hakimi himself “felt cheated”.
