At least six people died and several were injured after a shooting attack in Hamburg, northern Germany. fair (03/09), according to information published by the German press.
According to local police, the perpetrator or perpetrators fled and have not yet been found.
The Fire Brigade and the police reportedly received several calls around 9 pm reporting gunshots in Deelböge Street, south of the airport.
The Hamburger Morgenpost newspaper published that, apparently, the crime scene would be a church.
In addition to the six dead, 17 people were reportedly seriously injured, and another 17 had minor injuries.
Police in anti-terrorism gear have surrounded the area and are searching for the suspect or suspects, as it is unclear whether the crime was committed by one or more people.
