Ntare Guma Mbaho Mwine is an American stage and film actor, playwright, photographer, documentarian, and activist. He is known for playing the role of Ronnie in the Showtime television series The Chi.
Ntare began his acting career in 1990 where he made a couple of stage appearances. His role in Six Degrees of Separation at the National Theatre earned him a nominated for Helen Hayes Award for Outstanding Lead Actor in a Non-Resident Production.
In 1998, he was cast in Scent of the Roses as Julius Van George. His first film debut was in movies such as Blood Diamond, New York Undercover, Heroes, CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, and The Riches
