Lauren is an American sportscaster who currently works for MLB Network and Turner Sports. Previously, she used to serve as a co-host of the SEC Tailgate show and the ALT Games with Jonny Moseley on the CBS College Sports Network and host of many videos on CBSSports.com.
Her journey to MLB Network began while at college hosting the school’s online sports web show, Garzone. Little did she know that this will turn out to be her professional career.
After leaving the campus, she had a chance to sharpen her skills as an intern on The Best Damn Sports Show Period. With determination and dedication, Lauren was welcomed by open arms at KXMC-TV in Minot, North Dakota, where she was responsible as a sports anchor.
She eventually got hired as a sports journalist for CBS Sports.com and CBS College Sports Network. Likewise, she also served as a co-host for the SEC Tailgate show and among other revered journalists such as herself. Besides that, Shehadi has also worked as a host for Fantasy Football Today.
She became part of the MLB Network sports team in 2012, where she has been working as a co-host on the show MLB Central with Mark DeRosa and Robert Flores. Similarly, during the offseasons, Lauren works as a weekday morning show host for MLB Network. Nevertheless, during the postseason, she worked as a field reporter on TBS.
Since January 2018, Shehadi has been serving as a host of the sports podcast called The Podium. During the Winter Olympic tournament in 2018 in Pyeog, ng Chang, South Korea, she contributed and also served as a host in collaboration between the NBC Sports Group and Vox Media.
