Fenerbaçhe, under the command of Jorge Jesus, went to Kayserispor’s ground to win by 2-1, reducing, to three points, the disadvantage for Galatasaray, leader of the Turkish Superliga.
The Ecuadorian Enner Valencia, the top scorer in the competition, opened the scoring for the Istanbul team in the 6th minute, appearing in the area with a header, after a cross from the left, by Lincoln (ex-Santa Clara).
The 2-0 was the highlight of the game, signed in the 67th minute, in a real bomb by Ferdi Kadioglu, at a time when the Portuguese midfielder Miguel Crespo had already been substituted.
Kayserispor still reduced, on top of the final whistle (90+6′), but the three points were really for Fenerbahçe, who have one more game than Galatasaray.
