She is perhaps best known for her presence as the co-host of “Access Hollywood Live” alongside Billy Bush, but has had a number of other positions across various TV channels throughout her career in the often lucrative sportscasting business since 1995.
Early Life and Education
Kit was born into a family of unknown number of members, to unidentified parents and their professions; it doesn’t seem as though Kit has any siblings. There is also virtually no information regarding her early youth, including her interests and hobbies, but it’s known that she attended Marist High School in Atlanta, where she excelled at all sorts of running, having been the three-year consecutive winner of both one and two-mile runs. In a later interview, she revealed that she first started running when she was only eight years old, alongside her father – her first run was uphill, and she claims it was very hard, but once she actually completed it, she says she was hooked on running and that now she can’t imagine her life without it. Ultimately, she continued with competitive running throughout her college years at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, from where in 1991 she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in journalism.
Career
Although this isn’t entirely related to her current job, Kit made her screen debut as a cast member in “Road Rules: USA – The First Adventure” in 1995, but there’s no other information about Kit’s early employment, and it’s unknown why she went for this stint. However, in 1997 she got her first journalism job as an entertainment correspondent for “American Journal.” In the same year, she joined Fox News as a correspondent for the newsmagazine entitled “Fox Files, concurrently filling the position of correspondent for “The Pulse and “Celebrity Spotlight,” both of which she kept until August 2003, when she joined ESPN as the co-host of the live morning show entitled “Cold Pizza” on ESPN2. She was promoted in January 2004 to become the lead feature and field reporter for tennis events, subsequently covering several big events, such as the 2004 Summer Olympics, the 2004 and 2005 Super Bowl, the 2004 and 2005 World Series, and the 2004 NBA Finals. From 2006 to 2008, she served as a correspondent for the TV Guide Channel, also hosting for Six Flags TV from 2008. Finally, in 2010 she replaced Nancy O’Dell as the co-host of “Access Hollywood Live”, where she remains employed today.

As for Kit’s romantic involvements, there is a lack of information regarding her relationships prior to her public association with her now husband. At some point, Kit began dating the producer Crowley Sullivan, who is also the former director of programming and acquisitions for ESPN Classic.
