David Goggins is a renowned American ultramarathon runner, cyclist, motivational speaker, author, and former US Navy Seal. He is popularly known as the author of “Can’t Hurt Me: Master Your Mind and Defy the Odds.”
He is the former record-holder of the Guinness World Record for completing OVER 4,000 pull-ups in seventeen hours. Goggins is notably the only member of the U.S. Armed Forces to complete SEAL training, Army Ranger School, and Air Force Tactical Air Controller training.
