Candace Campos is an American Dynamic NWA Sealed meteorologist and anchor who serves as a weekend morning meteorologist and reporter for WKMG (News 6) in Orlando, Florida, United States.
Her fascination with the weather was sparked by her experience with Hurricane Andrew. That continues to be the driving force behind her goal to educate, inform and also empower her viewers on all matters weather.
She is a member of the American Meteorological Society, and also the National Weather Association.

Campos attended Florida International University from 2006 to 2010 from where she graduated with a Bachelor of Geoscience, Atmospheric Sciences, and Meteorology. She graduated magna cum laude and was inducted to the prestigious Phi Beta Kappa Arts and Science honor society.

Campos began her career as a weather producer at WSVN (CHANNEL 7) in July 2008 in Miami/Fort Lauderdale Area. She was responsible for researching and analyzing weather data from various sources into multiple informative and concise weather segments with supporting graphics. Campos would also Pioneer in introducing innovative and creative HD weather graphics for the four-hour morning and noon show; “Today in Florida”.
Campos kept weather anchors informed on all local and national weather alerts, such as severe weather warnings, and hurricane advisories. She would also produce around-the-clock weather segments used for continuing hurricane coverage.
Campos later joined Sinclair Broadcast Group in Eugene, Oregon Area as a chief meteorologist in September 2012. She anchored weekday evening weather broadcasts for multiple stations; KVAL & KLSR (Live) and KCBY, KPIC (pre-recorded). Campos also produced Weather Central graphics for all four stations, targeting regional and national weather information. She also recruited, trained, and developed talent to anchor weekend weather slots for all stations.
Campos initiated a nightly weather segment called “Spotlight City” that delivered a personalized detailed forecast for that city. She also co-anchored soft news and entertainment segments requiring ad-lib chat on KLSR.
