He stated that he will be resigning from Cdk as President and CEO, effective July 11, 2022. Cdk appointed Brian MacDonald as Acting Chief Executive Officer, effective July 11, 2022.
Furthermore, he also worked as the chairman in 2015 of the Semiconductor Industry Association (SIA) and was elected to Deere & Co.’s board of directors in January 2016.
