The event brought together members, employees and athletes of the club, to discuss the presence and influence of women in the Barcelona collectives. This conference was an activity promoted to deal with issues specifically of interest to women, with the aim of carrying out a participatory action in which experiences in different sectors have been learned and ideas have been exchanged to strengthen the female presence in Barcelona circles, such as social, professional or sports groups of the club.
The act was chaired by Elena Fort, institutional vice-president of FC Barcelona, who despite being the only female representative on the club’s current board, wanted to highlight the presence of women in different and important executive positions at the club.
